Great for the money. Sealed for use in the salt.
This reel is great for the price. It has a very low click sound when you crank it which I do not care for, it must have to do with its line lay system. Overall it's a good strong reel for its size. I use it in the salt inshore for stripers, and the drag is strong. It holds 300yds of 30lb power pro on the money if you wind it on tight. This reel pairs nicely with the Shimano Teramar TMS80H. The whole combo won't break the bank but will get the job done with ease.
