SPECIFICATIONS: Length: 6'6" | Line: 8lb-15lb | Lure: 3/16oz-5/8oz | Power: Med-Heavy | Action: Fast | Handle: B | MPN: 10382-01
A very lightweight, ultra-sensitive spinning rod with a fast, powerful taper for bass, walleye and a few light saltwater species, like snook and redfish. It will fish medium-sized jigs or soft plastics as well as spinnerbaits. It' s a good choice for fishing plastic worms or grubs in deep water, especially in moderate cover where more power is required. It' s not a toy, and don' t let that light weight fool you... there' s plenty of power to handle a number of fishing applications.

- Best pole ever for bass
Very light weight and stronger then any catfish pole I used. There is a difference with a G.Loomis GLX, top of the line, These poles feel everything, in a good way. When you get a G.Loomis you get quality others can't match, who heard of a G.Loomis breaking from a fish? Nobody. These poles are real deal. Did i say it's a spinning reel? Yea all that in a spinning reel!

I have owned a imx rod for over 20 years and thought it was time to buy the glx. my imx rod has handled everything from pan fish in Alabama to walleye on a fly in fishing trip to northern Ontario. I G,Loomis detail to quality and performance is why I bought the glx. I can't believe how light weight the rod is and I bought the medium heavy for small mouth bass and walleye fishing on lake St. Clair. There is a private bass lake in Alabama that will be visited this fall as well as many trips to St. Clair.....can't wait! If you want legendary performance, than this rod is what you want....the initial cost is well worth a fishing rod you'll have for life.
