G. Loomis NRX 843S MR Inshore Spinning Rod is a serious choice for boat anglers fishing for myriad inshore species like snook, trout or redfish, especially when fishing with soft jerkbaits on leadhead jigs. They have a fast action for more casting distance and control. They track true for tough casts in wind and help you maintain a low trajectory to improve accuracy and low impact casts around spooky fish. If you're into fishing topwaters, this is an excellent choice.

Great rod
Coupled this rod with a shimano ci4 4000.made a great outfit for redfish and trout. Good for artificial baits and live shrimp with a popping cork. Can't wait to get back down to the gulf and do it again.
