G. Loomis NRX Casting Fishing Rod NRX 852C JWR Blue
SPECIFICATIONS: Length: 7'1" | Line: 10lb-14lb | Lure: 1/8oz-3/8oz | Power: Medium | Action: Extra Fast | Handle: E | MPN: 11930-01
Designed for fishing clear water lakes and rivers where lighter line and long casts are required to catch spooky fish. The extra length helps create more tip speed for increased casting distance and positive hook-sets, but with NRX it fishes a lot shorter. Incredibly light and so sensitive you'll feel things you've never felt before, when the bite gets tough and you downsize your baits, this rod handles smaller sized jigs and worms needed for success. A soft tip and powerful butt-section makes this an excellent choice for fishing buzzbaits. NRX makes it so incredibly light and sensitive it's takes fishing to a whole new level.

- Great versatile rod
American Legacies sale got me again. And I couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is excellent on the rod and it's a pleasure to fish with. It's extremely versatile , and what sets this rod apart from the other high end rods , is its action. The flexibility in the tip is perfect for skipping a fluke under a dock ,and when you need to set the hook it's extra fast taper gives lots of power. Also great for t rigs, shakey heads & topwaters. I find over the years, after trying so many rod makers, I keep going back to loomis. Order one from A. Legacy and you can fish with it 2 days later, you'll see what I'm talking about.
- Nice rod
The lure/line keeper hook needs removed or changed. This hook catches the line, mostly when trying to bow and arrow off a snag. Should make it straight like my GLX rod. I may have to cut it off.
Also, the cork screwdown for the reel does not tighten very well. Feels like it might break if I cranked it down. I have a Core 51 on it.
Besides all that, very sweet rod!
