Soft enough to protect light line, yet subtly strong and responsive. It's rated for 2-6 pound line and lures up to 1/8th of an ounce. It's designed to cast small spinners or spoons in creeks and small rivers for trout, but would make an awesome crappie rod. It has our up-locking reel seat and the distinctive composite cork handle. A beautiful light weight ultra-light.

An amazing ultra light fishing rod! I love it for panfishing, great for bluegills, crappie, perch and of course trout. Throw a jighead, spinner or small minnowbait it can handle them all. A great rod!
