The New Poison Adrena is the ultimate high-performance fishing rod, extremely lightweight, responsive and sensitive. The rod blanks are stronger than ever, thanks to New Spiral X Core construction. The combination of the Full Carbon Monocoque handle, new ergonomic Perfection reel seat XT, and Fuji Stainless Steel SiC-S K-Type guides plus Titanium SiC tip guide results in unequaled performance and sensitivity.

I own 8 of these rods, they are very sensitive and very light. A big step up from the Expride B series. But the warranty sucks.
Great rod but I ended up sending it in for a replacement and may not get another….the reel seat started shifting and twisting out of place. After a while of fishing you would notice that your reel was not lined up with the rod guides that’s because the reel seat had shifted out of place. You would have to twist it back into alignment. I put up with it for a while until the tip broke off while casting a 1/4oz Trig senko. That was the last straw.
I purchased the Poison Adrena 7'3" MH in summer 2020 and it has blown my mind. The full monocoque handle is really something that everyone should experience. I recently purchased NRX+ and these are on par with them. The action on the 7'3" and is a little more moderate that the fast (regular-fast nails it). It's great for T-Rigs, Finesse Jigs, and some use it for chatterbaits although my hand goes numb from all the thumping with that. It balances well with the Metanium MGL. With the monocoque handle and butt against your arm, it seems like I can feel the actual current of the water... it is the weirdest thing, but I love it. The spiral-x really gives it strength but enough tip to cast even a senko. The graphite is really quick to recover and crisp. Like I said before, with the handle, you can feel the bite from hand to elbow. ALFC service is always the best.
I have the 7'3" Med Hvy and it is amazing how light and sensitive it is, great rod, get your hands on one and you won't be disappointed!
Fishing 30 plus years and this rod is just amazing - the new tech is outstanding- lightweight - sensitive - responsive - comfortable - undersold - just an outstanding Rod
