Good, solid rod.

I bought this rod for fishing lighter jigs and Texas rigs in shallow and open water situations. I have the 6’8” LT M-F that is absolutely great as a jerkbait rod, and the 7’4” LT MH-F that I am disappointed in because it is tip heavy and fishes like a H+-F. This rod does what I bought it for. It is easy to fish, and not too tip heavy. Not as good as my 6’8” LT, but good nonetheless. I recommend it, but think the Expride is better in this price range.
