This has become my new go to bait when I’m pitching shallow cover and especially when looking for that kicker to anchor a solid bag. This bait has a very subtle and unique action when hopped or swam almost the way a dolphin swims. It’s something the bass haven’t seen yet and it gets chewed but my favorite thing about it is the quality I seem to always catch on this bait compared to other soft plastic creature baits. The only downside is the durability which is really poor due to the hinge type connection of the two appendages & at the price I rarely throw them outside of tournament days. Still, I can attribute probably 80-90 % of the kicker sized fish I weighed this spring/summer to this thing! Not sure exactly why but the big girls seem to always have a hankering for these things. My favorite colors are black & blue and grn pumpkin/light blue belly.
