Great Rod - well built

If you are used to buying Penn, Ugly Stick, or some of the other more popular brands, you will find this to be a very well built rod. I would say based on initial impressions a cut above those, although in full disclosure we have both Penn and Ugly Stick and have had good results with them. You can spend a lot more than this one costs, but for our needs this appears to fit the right mix of quality, design, and cost.
